Carriage charges are applied to the entire order where listed below.

These charges apply only to orders placed online and will only be made once per order no matter how many items you order at a time.

We endeavour to keep our carriage charges to the minimum and have set them out below as clearly as possible.  However if you require further clarification of our charges please contact customer services.

ORDERS TO EUROPE (including the European Union)

These orders with be sent via international registered post and will require a signature on delivery.

The standard carriage charge for these orders is £10.00


These orders will be sent via international 'signed for' registered mail. A signature will be required on delivery.

The standard carriage charge for these orders is £10.00


Our standard shipping method to these countries is via registered post using the same service as for European orders. The charge is slightly higher than for EU countries due to the greater amount of customs administration required.  We also reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain countries outside the EU, the USA and Canada.

The standard carriage for these orders is £15.00


If a signed-for postal services is not available in your country or where restrictions apply to the shipping of jewellery, there may be additional charges or it may not be possible to ship the order at all. However we will contact you by email to see if alternative arrangements can be made.

All inland and overseas shipments are insured by Argenteus and will require a signature on delivery.


Each item on our website shows its current availability. 

Our normal delivery schedule is 5-7 working days but we aim to deliver much sooner, often the next day.  Items shown as in stock may be located at different fulfilment centres so can take slightly longer to dispatch.  If your order is urgent or required for a specific date, please contact us as soon as possible with details and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

Our website is updated on a 24 hour basis and it is possible that an item may have gone out of stock during the day you place the order or an item may become temporarily unavailable after we receive your order.  If so we will contact you by email with details of the likely delivery time. You will of course be at liberty to cancel your order at that time if you desire.

If an order contains some items that are in stock and some that are not we will usually delay the shipment until all items are available.  If you wish us to send the order in more than one delivery please notify us ASAP by telephone or email.

You will be notified by email when your order has been sent and provided with a tracking number.

Free delivery is only available for orders placed online. All orders placed by telephone will incur our standard delivery charges.

Special commissions or orders for designer pieces, which are not shown in the online shop, or specially sized rings can take up to 6 weeks, but again it's often much sooner than that. You will be notified of the likely delivery time for these orders when they are placed.

All deliveries are insured and will require a signature.  Please ensure that the delivery address and particularly the postcode you give us is correct and that there will be someone in to sign for delivery.  If you have any difficulties with this please contact us when you place you order and we will do our best to accommodate any special requirements.


In the event of non-delivery due to no one being available to sign for the item the post office will contact you to arrange re-delivery or you will be able to collect from your local sorting office.  

If delivery is still not possible the shipment will be returned to us.  In such cases we will only re-send your shipment on request but an additional shipping charge will apply even to orders that previously qualified for free delivery.  This is to cover our cost for two deliveries.  

If you subsequently cancel the order or re-delivery is not possible, the original delivery charge will be non-refundable.  Non-delivered items that qualified for free delivery will in all cases be charged our standard delivery charge if the order is subsequently cancelled.  This will be deducted from any refund due.

Argenteus will not accept responsibility for lost or late delivery of orders or consequential damages in any circumstances.  In all cases any liability on our part will be limited to the value of the order placed.
