I had been to every other Jewellers in Bluewater and was fed up with every shop offering the same jewellery. When I saw the pieces that your shop had to offer, there was hardly anything that I would call ordinary. I was looking for a special piece for my wife for our 5th wedding anniversary and i found it within a few minutes of walking into your shop. However I had spent 2 hours walking around the rest of the shopping centre with no luck.

Most consumers would consider themselves experts in what they expect from a shop when they are making a purchase, be it a packet of crisps or a new car. I wish for a pleasant, knowledgable person to serve me who isn't too pushy, but is available to help immediately when you need them.

I can honestly say that this was the most enjoyable purchase I have made in a very long time. The lady was everything that I could have hoped for. She took interest in what I liked and the reason that I was buying and made selections accordingly to help me choose. She was chatty without being nosey and on the strength of her assistance alone I would shop at Argenteus again.
