This store is now closed

Our Golden Cross store closed for the last time on the 29th September.  It was with great regret that we finally closed down this store, as it was our very first outlet, started 15 years ago, and formed the basis of the company that is Argenteus today.  But even a 15 year lease comes to an end eventually,  although it seemed like a very long time when we first signed on the dotted line!

With our larger and more prominent store around the corner in Cornmarket Street, there was little economic sense in keeping the smaller store open as well so we decided not to renew the lease when it expired in September.  All the collections and ranges that were available in Golden Cross have been moved to the Cornmarket store and many of the staff have also moved there.  We hope those of you that haven't yet discovered our new store (even though its been there for nearly 8 years!) will take the time to find us.  Simply walk out of Golden Cross on to Cornmarket, turn right and its 50 feet away, just before you get to Starbucks.

Thanks to everyone who shopped in Golden Cross we hope to see you just as regularly in Cornmarket Street.  The little old store will still always have a place in our hearts and we hope yours too.
