Once you have joined in store or online you can start to earn points towards vouchers straight away, even if you have not received your membership card or number.  Simply give store staff your name and address and we will match the details up with your new membership account and add the points.  If you are purchasing online just enter the word NEW instead of your membership number during the checkout process and we'll do the same.

Don't forget to keep your TLC details up to date - if any information we hold has changed or you would like to add information such as an email address simply contact us with your membership number and the new details.
