Insurance Claims

If you are unfortunate enough to experience the loss of any item of jewellery and make a claim through your insurance, you may be offered payment via a loss management scheme

Argenteus is an authorised member of the Loss Management Group (LMG) scheme and accepts voucher and LMG card payments in all our stores. For more information on the LMG scheme click here or contact us for advice.

Argenteus also has relationships with a number of other leading insurance companies and may be able to accept direct payment from them where this is required.  Contact us, ask your insurer to speak to us, or simply visit our store to see if we can help with the tragedy of losing a treasured piece of jewellery by replacing it quickly and reliably.

Remember that Argenteus also undertakes commissions, so we may even be able to replicate a unique piece from photographs or sketches where a direct replacement is not otherwise possible
