Sarah set up her studio in 1990 after finishing her degree
in three dimensional design. She is inspired by the intricate
forms of sea creatures, including sea squirts, and prickly sea
cucumbers. Her most recent work has been based on those living
in the Great Barrier Reef.

Each design begins as a series of sketches, mainly done in
the Natural History Museum in London. These are worked on until
a particular design emerges. The metal is hand forged and moulded,
until each individual piece reaches its own unique conclusion.

We regard her as one of the most original and individual talents we
have seen for some time, and hope you will share our enthusiasm for
the spectacular quality and detail of her work.
