Only fill in the parts of the form relating to details that have changed. If you are not sure what details we have, complete the whole form to be sure we have everything up to date. Please make sure that you give the correct TLC membership number to enable us to trace your records correctly. (If you are not a member of the TLC scheme but are on our mailing list enter 'LIST ONLY' in the membership number field)

If you are entering an email address please make sure you provide accurate details and also ensure that the address you are giving us will accept mail from Argenteus. This means that any spam filters or blockers may need to be configured to show the domain Argenteus.co.uk as safe.

We never send out spam mail and will normally only contact you 3-4 times a year unless there is important news that you need to have. You will always be given the option to opt out of the mailing list each time we send you an email.
