Our special tailor made chain ordering service allows you to choose
from a vast array of special chain links that we do not always
stock online or in our stores. Due to the huge range of designs
and finishes, we prefer to make these to your exact requirements
in whatever length or style you desire.
Due to fluctuations in metal prices and the almost unlimited
configurations we offer it would be impossible to feature all
these options in our online store. For that reason we offer
more of a personalised service here. You simply choose the style
of chain you would prefer, the length and the style (necklace,
bracelet etc.) and fill out the request
form. You can choose whatever design you want and in
whatever length from 1cm to 1km if you want! We will then contact
you directly to discuss your requirements and provide you with
a personal quotation which will be valid for 14 days.
Please make sure that the chain link you choose is available
in the metal you select on the request form. In the 'Other Metals'
section you can see which chain is available in which metal
by clicking on the availability link 
to the right hand side of the chain.
Once we have agreed and confirmed your design and arranged
payment, your chain will be made and dispatched to you within
14 days, sometimes even quicker! On larger or more unusual
orders we may require a deposit before manufacture. You will
be advised of this at the time of ordering.
Payment can be via credit card over the phone or fax,
by cheque, or by any method with personal collection from any
of our stores. If you prefer we can provide you with your own
special order code for payment and delivery through the online
store in the normal way.
As these items are specially produced to your individual
requirements our normal online returns policy will not apply.
If you feel you might want to exchange the item after purchase
please let us know at the time of order and we can advise if
this will be possible. Obviously with unusual links or lengths
we may not be able to offer this facility.
